Can someone please give me as much information on 'Pinel' institute Montreal....?

I am referring to the place housing 'prisoners' i believe with domestic abuse convictions etc...addicts/alcoholics etc....Is there someone out there who could give me as much precise information regarding 'Pinel' ...Including if inmates are allowed outside contact ie;mail,cpu , visitors and phone etc. ANy information will be much appreciated, i want to know more than i do already........................THANKYOU!
