Can someone please give me some advicee!?

I'm 13 and starting high school on monday. I'm moving away from friends so I'm going to a high school where I don't know a single person. Tomorrow I have orientation but I'm really shy. I'm usually not shy it's just when I meet new people. Once I know people I'm not so shy and I'm quite frankly very talkative. I just don't like meeting new people. I don't want to seem anti-social in high school. Tomorrow at orientation I want to make a few friends so that I can look for them in the halls and at lunch. The problem is I don't know how to make small talk at all.

just look at what their wearing like if they have a tshirt with a band.  ask people questions and get them to talk about them.  people love that.  dont worry its not as hard as it seems.

Since everyone else you will be meeting will also just be starting high school they will be nervous too. Even though they have friends from Jr High.  Good first day small talk is to ask about classes. Teachers you may share. Where to go for lunch, if there is an option to go off campus, where there locker is. Very generic things you will all have in common. Once the ice is broken it will be a breeze!
