Can someone please give me summary of what happens in season 3 of prison break?

i can't seem to find all of the transcripts. i found them for the first two episodes of season three, but that's it. all i really want to know is what happens with michael, and with michael and sara. someone told me she died or whatever. can someone just clarify what goes on?

Michael as you should know, gets thrown into Sona a scary terrible jail in Panama. He was expected to transfer out, but lincoln later tells him that someone has kidnapped Sara and LJ. And to get them back, he needed to break this guy James Whistler from jail. Lincoln tries to do something stupid so Gretchen Morgan (one of the people that kidnapped them) "kills Sara" and put her head in a box to warn Linc not to s***w around. of course Linc doesn't tell mike until like half the season, thinking that if he knew he would stop helping him. But he does find out and he still breaks James out. then at the very end they trade. Oh and spoiler for season 4, Sara is still alive. The actress just gave birth, so i guess shes's back on the show now.
