Electronic translators may not be very helpfull for specific names. Terdeghem is near Dunkerque (in French, to be pronounciated "dun-kirk"). and I woukd say "tare-de-jem".

But this is north of France and they have a very special way to speak (Parisian do not understand many of them, even the youngest ones). My advice : write the name on a paper if you want to ask. I think that I would do it even if I am French.

To get there : are you certain that there a "place terdeghem" there?
