Can someone please give me the time and dates when Micheal Phelps competes?

Ive been trying to see him swim in these Olympics but I always seem to miss it, stupid NBC!!!! So can someone give me the dates and times, pacific coast or whatever time Southern Cali has....I think its Pacific, anyways I digress, so yeah give me the times ans dates of his next swims. Thanx

He competes between 10 P.M. and 12 P.M. so in California that would be 7 P.M. and 9 P.M.  NBC keeps switching back and forth between swimming and gymnastics during those two hours.
