Check the phone book, the yellow pages has a list of approved Defensive Driving Classes.  You might also try the AARP web site (and, no, you don't have to be a "soiled senior citizen" to enroll!), or contact the nearest DPS office and ask for their recommendations.  Good luck

I would start by calling the local PD or DPS, they are more than happy to know a civilian is interested and they will help you find a class. Being near Dallas, it should not be hard. Once you have completed the class check with your insurance agent, most offer some kind of break for getting that kind of training.
