Can someone please help me my fans are driving me crazy?

i have two new fans there the small ones after a week or so they both run with a high pitched hum it comes and goes put it never goes away, its the fans that are sealed you can't take off the protective part to check it out can i stop the hum with either spraying canned air to clean the motor or wd40. help
