Can someone please help me put a gba and psx emulator on my psp?

I have a psp slim, firmware v. 4.05. Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to put a gba and psx emulator on my psp? If I have to downgrade my firmware, please explain how. Also, please provide link where necessary. Someone please help me. >:-O
