I have an idea of what it means, but I want to be more sure...The one in the parentheses kind of threw me off, so its hard for me to try to understand what it says.

Je veux qu'une seule chose: te retrouver et continuer (d'en) vivre d'autres avec toi..

I think the "d'en" shouldn't be in the parentheses. If you don't put the "d'en" in this sentence, it's like something missing and then non sense for this part of the sentence. And I think another word is missing after "autres" - "others", others what ? maybe moments ?

So I would better say :

I want only one thing : to find you again and continue to live other good moments with you.

The d'en goes with the d'autres that comes after the verb and the two have to be taken together. The combination means to continue living more of (life).

I want one thing: To find you and live on (continue living) with you there.  The d'en stands for there.  It's literal translation is "of there".
