Can someone please help me with a song?

Question

I'm performing a lyrical dance, and I'd really like a song about having overcome something difficult. I was ill for 8 years, and this will be my first performance not sick. I'd love a song about overcoming illness or starting a new life, but I can't find any. Something inspirational would be great too.
