Can someone please help me with my job application form?

Question

I have only just recently left school so I have no previous history of employment. I have been given a job application form for starbucks as I am looking for part time work while I attend college. The application asks me : Why do you think great customer service is important at starbucks? . . I know what to write it's just harder to think how I am going to put this down on paper in a more formal tone if you know what I mean. Any help would be great . Thank- you

If  customer has a good experience then they will come back to Starbucks. That helps increase turnover and profits, and sustains company's good image. There is a lot of competition in the coffee shop world and Starbucks need to remain competitive. Customers are paying and deserve high standards of service.

because starbucks depends on repeat customers, an excellent customer experience makes them want to come back.  fun service is a trademark of starbucks.  starbucks is the premier coffee beverage provider and attention to the individual customer is an important part of the experience.

ps i don't believe you know what to write or you would have written it and just asked for suggestions to improve it.

Starbucks is in competition with other coffee houses. Making customers feel happy and valued is as important as serving first class coffee.
