Can someone please help me with pay pal

Question

I have a PayPal account and I want to be able to send money and get money on it using my debit card. But I want the money to come and go from my debit card. How exactly do I add my debit card onto it. It has so many options. Do I add a bank account or do I add a credit card? Will it charge me for it? If so how much? If someone pays me through paypal will it go into my pay pall account or will it go to my debit card?

When buying something you have an option to put in your debit card number is saves it and uses it if you click use debit
