it is very important as customers that we entertain are not people who we see all the time, and their judgement of u are concluded from the first 10 sec, and it's a lasting impression! i'm a business owner-operator, and my everyday customer range from regular customer to first timers and also customers who take longer cycle period to return. the latter customer are the one who we really need to secure, with good service, and even better quality of products. afterall, customer always go back to a shop where they feel the most comfortable.

Because you want your customers to keep returning (after all they are making you money) and get you business (name) out there with a positive attitude to give it a good name.
