Can someone please instruct me on how to fold a newspaper to fit as a cone in the bottom of my green bin?

I have seen someone demonstrate on the news but need a little more instruction. It should fit so that none of the scraps get stuck in the bottom of the bin.

Not sure what you are doing but try opening it up. Then start at one corner and twist. We used to buy things like rolls in newspaper cones when I was in the Middle East. That way we had something to read during breakfast (if we understood Danish, Chinese, or Arabic).
