Can someone please interpret my dream?

Question

last night i had a dream where i was just an observer. there was this guy with a fetus growing on his cheek, under the skin. it kept moving and causing his pain. when it came out, it turned into an nasty little baby, insulting the guy. then he changed into my dog (a welsh corgi), except he had red eyes with no eyelids.

what does this all mean?
