  1. Texas Instruments, who manufactures and sells DSP chips since the 1980s, has always had really good pamphlets, manuals, and books on the subject.  It makes sense because they want people to buy and use their products so, they would want those same people to know how to use the products.

    I found this on-line training course.  It is listed as free, but you have to register (for free).  They will not hold you to buying any of their DSP chips if you register.  If the on-line training is anything like the books I read in the 80s and 90s, then you should get a decent start.
