  1. Kimi ga Nozomu Eien

  2. Elfen Lied is all 3, but more dramatic and mature than romantic

    Koi Kaze is all 3

    BECK is all 3

Strawberry 100% is all 3, but with ecchi humor

Shuffle! is all 3, but it's divided between comedy one half, and more drama and romance the other half

Ai Yori Aoshi is all 3, but kind of slow progression...

    Enjoy!

  3. You should try out PEACH GIRL.

It got a mature story twist, it will leave you with mixed emotions...from wanting to kick Sae's a**, to crying together with Momo's misery to laughing because of Kairi & thinking about Touji's actions.... When you asked for drama, then this will be a good choice. it will leave you hanging till the end of the episode, because up until the end of the episode there is still a twist...

    TSUBASA CHRONICLE is also nice.

Its also dramatic, plus the sound effects & songs are really good. Ina way the story is sad, but i think what's sadder is the fact that the anime is not over yet..or rather, it was stopped by clamp... but nonetheless this is a good anime.

LA CORDA D' ORO is dramatic in a way too. One girl is surrounded by lots of handsome guys, but romance is not exactly the real story here but its about music. How a person began to love music just by a certain twist of fate.

    SAIUNKOKU MONOGATARI is cute too...

though not as dramatic as the first 3 but in a way its a nice break from all the dramas...

hmmm..in a way, i would like to also recommend LOVELY COMPLEX..though it may not be as dramatic as peach girl, but the story is romantic. its about a girl, not giving up her love & she tries her best to win the guy's love. Its more of a comedy type..but still a good watch...

    Goodluck

    ^_^

  4. How'l Moving Castle is one of my faves, it's by Hayao Miyazaki. Its a story about girl who is cursed and becomes an old lady and has to find Howl who can help her. But he has a curse of his own which she helps to break. It's funny, sweet, and charming :)

X/1999 by Clamp is pretty good as well as the Tsubasa Chronicles

Sakura Wars has a group of female protagonists who sing, dance, and pilot mechas
