Can someone please show me their grade 6 school supplies list?

Three ring binder (3 inch)

Set of plastic dividers (with pockets)

3 hole plastic pencil case (for the front of their binder)

blue/black pencils and pens

2 - packs of red pens (Hand in to GAP teacher)

colored pencils and markers

ruler (12”/30cm)

sharp scissors

loose leaf notebook paper

spiral notebook (for language arts)

glue sticks (pack of 3) (Hand in to GAP teacher)

2- boxes of Kleenex tissues 250 count (Hand in to GAP teacher)

1- 8 oz. Dispenser of Purell (Hand in to GAP teacher)

1- Bottle/container of Chlorox wipes (Hand in to GAP teacher)

1 - pkg. of Post-It Notes

1- 3 subject notebook for Science

Athletic tennis shoes with laces and good support. Note: NO SKATEBOARD SHOES

Gym shirt- purchased at school. Shorts and socks are brought from home.

Well it depends on the organizational system you prefer, I have 2 subjects  in each binder with assignments, dividers test and assignments a notebook for each class for notes to look back on and a pocket file (like the accordion folder) which I put everything in during the day and take home to put in my binders so I don't have to carry around big binders all the time. Unless it's a portfolio day that I make a note of to bring it that day. I also put the homework from that day to take in to school the next day. But some people use strictly binders with divided sections or a binder for each class ect. I like having a notebook for notes because It's easier to look back on.

get an expandable file for all your subjects, 3 rings suck..

various pencils and red pens are a must, erasers too

we needed a notebook for math and english, but your school might be different.

a protractor, you really need that

i forgot if we needed a compass, but get one to be safe, if u dont need to it u can still use it for 6th grade

optional, your classroom will have it but it's nice to have your own
