Can someone please tell how to make a Flash Pre-loader?

Ok, I need a Flash Pre-loader that ''loads'' a project I am doing. Please, I will accept a normal bar and percentage pre-loader, but I will really appreciate instructions on how to change an image from Black and White to Color while loads, or like a drawing that fills with color, or like the color drops into the drawing or something and also with percentage... maybe like the ones some online games have that they have a drawing that fills with color, but the filling color is not like straight, is balancing or moving inside the outlines, if you understand...
