Sure what you have to do is when you go to your profile look for settings and then it will ask about your display pic then chose you avatar. I hope that hepls

Open your mail and click on the gray head, then you can design an avatar!

Just right click on the image and click save as,,, but avatars are usually very small images and if you re sized them to make them larger they will distort. So really your stuck with a very very small image, most likely about 100x100 pixels,, that's the usual measurement of a avatar,, but they may vary.

click "my page" then "edit personal photo" then browse upload and save Set as primary. and save. go to your avatar choose your avatar>preview>OK. then go to yahoo>my profile>edit my info then click use my 360 picture>preview then OK.

Some users are experiencing a problem with the 360 avatar. it can take some hours to show but it will eventually so please be patient.
