Can someone please tell me how to get referrals to cashcrate?

Ok so let me explain my ?. I make money from doing surveys off cashcrate but i am having trouble getting referrals. I made a website (its not the best but gets my point across) but no ones coming to it and im not getting any referrals to make some more cash. Can someone please help and tell me how to get my website and referral link out there more?
