  1. if it wins you will get 6x33 +1 quarter of 33. if it comes in first 3 you will get 1 quarter of 33 x 6.

  2. 33/1 means you will win 33 times your stake.

a bet of 6 euros at 33/1 will win 198 euros + your original stake back

    £1.50  bet at 33/1  =  Ã‚£49.50 + your original stake back

  3. 6 Euros each way @ 33/1 = 259.50 Euros

    £1.50 each way @ 33/1 = £64.88

    You will have 6 Euros to win @ 33/1, and 6 Euros for a place @ 1/4 of 33/1 = 8.25/1

The same goes for the £1.50 bet.

  4. hi,i don't know how many euros to the pound etc.but a 1.50 e/w on a 33'1 shot means that you have 75p to win at 33/1 and 75p to place at either 1/5 or 1/4 the odds usually so this would mean around 6 or 7 to 1 for your 75p place which is still good odds.

  5. Same as above but if its each way then its divided by the first however many places. so you could win if your horse finishes 1st, 2nd or 3rd and sometimes 4th.

  6. Odds are worked out as follows:

A/B      B is what you bet.

                    A is what you win.

        33/1    1 is 6 Euros

                   33 is 198 Euros

You get your stake back when you win so the total return would be - 204 Euros.

ÃƒÂ‚£1:50 each way on a 33/1 is as follows:

When you bet each way you are recieving 2 bets, a win bet and a place bet. Therefore you pay double, so you would pay £3 for a £1:50 each way.

The bet would be worked out as follows:

£1:50 for the win bet and £1:50 for the place bet.

Place bets are subject to certain aspects dependent on the race.

If there are 16 or more runners in a handicap the bookmakers will pay out up to fourth place, if there are less than 16 runners the bookmakers will only pay out up to third place.

Also if the race is a handicap race you will recieve a quarter of the odds for your place bet, but if the race isn't a handicap race then you will only recieve a fifth of the odds.

    For Example: A 20/1 horse, quarter odds - 5/1

                                                           fifth odds - 4/1

So a £1:50 each way on a 33/1 would pay:

                     Win bet - £51:00

                     Place bet - £12:75

If the horse wins you will recieve £63:75, but if the horse comes placed you will recieve £12:75.
