Can someone please tell me how you can clean your miniblinds with out taking them down?

Let blinds all the way down, then take blinds outside and lay on drive way and use garden hose to wash clean.  When you pick them up most water will come off. Use paper towel to wipe dry.

Most vacuum cleaners has a brush attachment that goes on the end of a wand. That will dust but to clean good you could use a moistened wash cloth.

if you mean dusting, they make dusters and cleaners for blinds (look at home depot) if they are really stained and dirty, you are prolly better off starting from scratch if they are the vinyl kind. but if you want to clean them anyway, you'll prolly have to take em down.  (don't bleach them too much, they will yellow)

The only way I can think of  is  close the blinds then spray a hot water and Windex mixture onto the blinds let it drip for a few minutes then with a thick clean cloth wipe them down one section at a time. It is hard work and your shoulders will be sore after you are finished - but your blinds will be clean.

I use baby wipes.  They're not just for baby bottoms!  Close the blinds and wipe....
