  1. Windows (For XP, visit http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/microso... for vista)

    1. Presss Print Screen on your keyboard (Prnt Scrn) usually in the top right

    2. Go to Paint or another image editor

    3. Paste (Ctrl-C)

    4. The image should appear of the entire screen, crop it as needed and save it.

    Mac:

    1. Press Ctrl-Shift-4 (or Ctrl-Shift-5 for full screen, then follow steps 2-4 above)

    2. Select Region and release mouse button

    3. The Picture Should show up on your desktop.
