Can someone please tell me what happens if u fail ur driving test the first time?

in California? I'm going to be turning 18 in a few days and I'm going to take my license test (I got my permit about 5 months ago). What happens if i fail my driving test the first time? How long do I have to wait to take it again? Thanks 10 ptsss.

Where i lived u can take it as many times as u like...

u have to pay a fee everytime and wait 3 days and come bac

dont worry to much it isnt the end of the world if u fail...they are not gonna ban u from driving...this isnt high school

i failed my first written exam and barley passed my driving cuz i was so nervous...the old mean instructor didnt help either...just remeber to put ur e-brake up when u park for the test...i got points deducted for not using it ...even tho its an auto...

just go and take it again and if your parents are paying for it there going too be ticked off

You can retake it again whenever you want, there is no waiting period.  When you go back to retake it, When you are taking the driving portion (if that's what you failed), the tester will ask you why you failed the first time and if you know what you did wrong.  It isn't a big deal, I failed my first time.
