Can someone please tell me what kind of bite this is?

I did't tell me what it was, and I didnt feel anything bite me or see anything and its on my fore arm and its all red on my arm and chest and it got sorta numb and it loook exactly like that pic looks like. I'm soo confused, i went to the hospital and they didnt say ****, all they did was give me a shot in my butt of steroids but its still there and its been hours since i've had it. Help?

If it is a poisonous bite, take activated charcoal capsules. They will soak up the poison.
