Can someone please tell me what movie this is?

I watched it when I was young, so I know it's sort of old. It was about this girl and boy. I think they were stuck on an island, and they were the only ones. I only remember this one scene. The girl and boy wake up and the boy has a hard-on and the girl starts her period. They begin to like each other and sneak peaks at one another while they're naked, and I think that they even have s*x? I have the slight suspicion that they were brother and sister, too. Can anyone tell me what this movie is? I've already tried Google, didn't work. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough.
