None of them.

In order to get anything *but* evolution taught, even as a theory that exists, you need to either homeschool, attend private school, or do the research on your own.

Evolution is mandated in public schools in every state.

I don't think there are *ANY* states that don't allow teaching of evolution in schools.

All such laws have been struck down by courts, because they were specifically aimed at changing education to suit the religious beliefs of some people.  And such laws are a blatant violation of the Constitution.
