Can someone please tell me what united nations organisation has done in atleast in 5 countries in atleast 2 pa

To start with, when we say United Nations, it comprises so many bodies, each with a different mandate and in almost all countries.  Many of these UN bodies have accomplished a tremendous job while others haven't.  So if you can specifically say which UN body and in which countries then we can have the ground to talk about.
