The most likely locations for a post office which opens on a Sunday here in London, is going to be a PO which is located inside a Supermarket.  These may possibly open Sundays.  The latest open PO is at Trafalgar Sq : -

as far as i am aware all post offices close on a Sunday you want to think yourself lucky that you will find one open tomorrow, if you live in a rural area like me you cant even find a post office at all

If you need a stamp, you can download them off the internet if you have a printer.  Post Offices are not open on a Sunday.  Perhaps someone will prove me wrong.
