there's this movie where a couple gets stuck in a rock n roll town where they see dead rock stars (janis joplin, lynard skynard) and they are evil... we can't figure it out can you please help?!

It sounds like a Stephen King book called, I think "Rock and Roll Heaven", I hadn't heard that they made it into a movie but it is possible.
