I don't think it's Cantonese. I'm guessing those are song lyrics sung by Rainie Yang. The title of the song is 'ai4 mei4' (it's a Mandarin song by the way). I don't know if there is a word for it in English but it means a relationship that is on the border, between love and friendship.

If I'm correct, the pronunciation for the part you gave should be this:

"ai mei rang ren shou jin wei qu, zhao bu dao xiang ai de zheng ju, he s**+ gai qian jin..."

Generally the meaning of those lyrics is this:
