dear sir, yes it mean my mind will get retarded. thats very common sentence in our mouth now a days. we say it when some one doesnt understand what we say no matter how much we try to explain. but i want to tell you that rest of the sentence or why would it come is a bite of humor, so i dont think she is that much annoyed.
