i don't think you will be able to translate it unless someone who know Japanese sees this i tried about 7 web-sites but no luck because it isn't in its original form all i know is that sekai=world. sorry i couldn't be more of help.

umm well all i got from the 3rd line was extend this world immediatly and some other stuff

and in the 2nd line all i know is hoshi means star

where did you get this from anyways?

it seems like it was written with and english sentence structure instead of japanese. and there are alot of particles missing

i dont know alot of japanese but it was still very hard for me to understand any of this
