Pause the movie. Press print screen and open paint and press Ctrl+V

and it will paste what ever has on your screen at that time.

They have a litle capture program in your Windows it name is Paint, whaterever your are watching in the screen of you monitor can be copy, by using the keys Shift+printscreen, then you open Paint,in there you paste,and edited to you likeness.
