Can someone pleaze tell me if they know a site or a program where i can edit n custimize my pics??

what i mean by custimize my pictures is like put text on the pictures n have the text blink, put another pic on there n make it blink!! basically do alot of stuff for my picture!!

Try a program called Gimp. It's free and open source. You can get it here,  www.gimp.org
