Can someone plz help me with my job application?

i really really need to get this job. im very desperate to get it. here are some questions i need help with. make them sound very professional like plz..

its a job for a grocery store

1.)Do you enjoy being creative? tell us about a time u used ur creativity.

2.)If you had to list 3 effective ways to prevent food poisoning what would they be?

3.) what motivates u to do an excellent job at work?

2-- WASH MY HANDS FREQUENTLY, before and after work, after each trip to the restroom, before and after handling fresh fruits and veggies, and anytime I feel that I have touched something that is potentially infectious.

Check the Best if used by date on all products

Rotate fruits and veggies and keep a close eye on items in the store making sure that they are in their appropriate spots-- ie if items are supposed to be in refrigerated spaces, I will make sure that they are not left lying around the store.

1)   I do enjoy being creative. While planning a Halloween party.

2)   Read labels for proper temperatures

      Store items in proper places  example  frozen or fridge items

      Rotate food items  example new progucts to the back of the shelf

3)    I motivate myself to do the best I can do. I like to be at my best whenever possible.
