I think its yin. Japanise currancy...

I believe it is a 1941 Norwegian Kroner.    Norge is Norway.

It's a Norwegian 50 ore piece, 1941.

I guess all that Japenese writing is confusing people...

i was thinking it was japanese also, but the writing clearly is not in japanese. the second picture showed celtic knots on it, so perhaps it's irish.
