Nope, because they don't know where to put the colons and slashes and so their links don't work.

You only have to look at some of the questions on here to see that punctuation is not being taught correctly. This site may be of some use to you.

just point them towards the teen section on here, that more than shows the lack of understanding regarding punctuation.
