Can someone rate my new pokemon team?

Ok, new team. Someone could please rate this one, and tell me if it needs improvement? I am aware Milotic doesn't need attract, but I have a reason for it, so don't tell me to change it.

i dont know if umbreon needs fake tears so you might want to replace that. and donphan doesnt need charm either so you should teach that earthquake. and try night slash on scizor instead of swords dance or iron defense.

Overall, your team is decent. Your main weaknesses (You have no super-effective moves against) are Water, Dark, Fighting, Normal, & Psychic.

Pokemon-wise, get rid of Donphan, and replace him with something like Blaziken, as Donphan... really is not a good pokemon at all. Also get rid of Scizor & Umbreon. Scizor, because he has too many weaknesses and only one attack, and Umbreon has no attacks, except for toxic. And, what's the point for Baton Pass, if he has no stat-rising moves?

Salamence is fine (think about replacing Fire Blast for Flamethrower), Tyranitar needs Pursuit replaced (Crunch is already there), Milotic is fine although I'd get rid of Hypnosis for Ice Beam.

In replacement for Scizor and Umbreon, I'd go with a good Psychic type and some kind of Pokemon that features mostly Special moves.

Overall, it's a team that you could go with for the storyline before the Elite Four. Afterwards, you should rethink it.
