Can someone rate my yugioh deck?

So I found my old yugioh cards the other day and I jsut made this deck. Keep in mind I haven't played in over 2 years and don't have and don't have any newer cards.

Can ya guys rate this deck from 1-10?

The main goal of it is to just keep monster on the field while launching them for direct damage while getting Dark Paladin out with the extra ATK boosts from the dragon cards in the graveyard. Not sure if this deck will work out nowadays? Anyway, give me your opinons

call of the haunted is banned, cyber jar, graceful charity, whitch of the black forest, pot of greed are all banned and pot of greed has always been limited to one. And a card to add is monster reborn its not banned anymore. Second it doesn't matter if you have the LOD version of troop dragon it still has to be destroyed by battle tried that in a tournament. Wow your just like me. I recently started playing again after a 3-4 year break unfortunately compared to many of the decks that people run now a days i do think urs could stand some updating. You should check out the new rules on upperdeck because Call of the Haunted, and Cyber jar are both banned now. If u want me to give u more detailed help send me some emails about the cards u have and i can help u make a deck i may have been retired for a few years but i think i can still make a kick *** deck.

Overall i give ur deck a 3 or 4

uhuh... ok.... hmmm...

i tried to play card games but i still dont get it... maybe you should try playing yo gi yoh  on pc or gamboy... thats the only way i could understand the cards...

they have (sorry to say) much more variety than this
