The Palisades (actually, just Palisade) has a beautiful interior and has a nice room you can rent just past the bar.  There is a pond/stream inside the restaurant that is quite large and has a lot of fish, a bridge going over it, it's charming!  This is a really nice place and it's a good place for something like a wedding rehearsal or such, being fairly nice and really classy inside.  It's located in Magnolia, right on the water, and has beautiful views!
