Can someone reccomend me a World of Warcraft Private Server?

Question

I'm looking for a WoW private server;

It has to be BLIZZLIKE, with no custom items,

No lag, and no D/Cs every 10 minutes.

With High EXP rate, so you go from level 1-5 in 1 kill.

A level cap of 70.

Enough players to find a raid whenever I want one.

Good GM support.

If anyone knows of a server that matches those specifications please tell me... If not, don't bother answering.

Best answer goes to the person who can find me the best server. (Please don't even suggest Toxic-WoW, i've tried that and it sucks major balls)

Also, don't bother answering (OOH you know using a private server will get you banned! Oh, private servers are for losers, blablablablabla!!!) because I don't give a ****, my retail account has been sold on ebay and I got $300 for it, so there's no risk of me getting banned.

After playing retail, You will find ALL private servers suck major balls, hahah, shame , shuda kept the account r****d.
