  2. learn to deal with her behavior and try paying very little attention to her.  the more she learns there is no response to what she says/does the less she'll try because it gets her no where

  8. the book needs to way at least 3lbs and the title is not important after you hit her in the head with it no one's going to be able to read it when it's covered in her blood!  LOL

  9. My MIL is SO clingy (she used to call my husband 4 times a day.  No, I'm not kidding.)

No, I can't recommend a good book, but I can give some advice.  Put your foot down about some stuff, and let other stuff go.  Pick your battles wisely - but if you know that there is something you're 100% not happy with, than tell your spouse and change it.  Your marriage should be totally about YOU.  No one, not even his mother, should have enough power/importance to come between the two of you and the vows you said to one another.  If you both always put yourselves and the relationship first, you won't have too much to worry about.  Try not to worry about other people - it's hard enough to make a marriage work when focused solely on the two of you, don't add to it.

    Good luck.

  10. I would recommend If I Did It by OJ Simpson.

Will kinda give you an idea of how to deal with issues.

  11. Amazon has plenty of books on the subject that have good reviews.  I haven't personally read any, but this is always a good place to start for user reviews.  This one is called "The Daughter-in-Law Rules: 101 Surefire Ways to Manage (and Make Friends with) Your Mother-In-Law!" and has really good reviews. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1432718...

  12. The Bible.  It answers all of life's problems.

  13. I would recommend War And Peace. It's a big heavy book perfect for knocking her out with. That should deal with her!

  14. Watch the show everyone loaves Raymond and you'll probably feel better about your sistuation. If not then join some kickboxing classes and pretend it her.

  15. Yea....The Vampire Chronicles.

  16. LOL...she's really eating at you isn't she?

Of course...maybe if you'd stock the house with food and cook more often you wouldn't have this problem.

Hey....what are you doing with that frying pan? Why are you looking at me like that? Hey!...Hey!...watch where you're swinging that thing!
