Can someone recommend dinner ideas?

I live in southern California, and I want a really nice, romantic, cute place to take out someone special... any recommendations and nothing popular like Bj's, pizza, burgers or any fast places, please help me. thanks :)

My all-time favorite restaurant is MR. STOX, in Anaheim, just a couple of blocks from Angel Stadium.  They have WONDERFUL food, which is really different.  We went for every birthday & anniversary (until we moved);  we attended participation cooking classes there, and wine classes.  Mention if it's an occasion, and they have a balloon, give you free dessert and take a Polaroid photo of you.....You HAVE to go to their website!  It's amazing! ... OH!  I envy you!  I miss it SO much (we went there for 25 years)......
