Can someone recommend the best City & Hotel for a Bachelor Party in the Dominican Republic!?

Sosua would fill the bill.  An All Inclusive won't let you bring in non-registered guests so you need a small hotel.  Check our Sosua group below we have several small hotels in our links  which could accomodate you.
