Can someone refused to take part in anatomy in Biology of Cambridge A Level (CAL)?

If someone can't learn anatomy in Biology subject provided in Cambridge A Level because of some religion reasons , will he fail in the exam? (practical exam)

I'm not sure.  What is your religion?  Are you studying to be a doctor or a nurse or someone in the health profession?  If so then why are you studying such a course?  

It most likely is a huge percantage of your mark and if you don't attend then it could possibly earn you a fail.  I'm sure it's not going to help you career wise.
