topic: is envy a strong motivator for personal success

Hate is considered to be a strong word by many. It is widely debatable as to whether personal success is due to the motivation from envying someone or something. While some people believe that carrying hatred towards someone is only natural human behavior, others think that the essence of envy can drive a person to personal achievement. It is clearly evident that envy is a factor that leads to personal success through film and historical figures.
