  1. 1.underhanded-okay for beginners

2.overhand the best one to do. the stronger the server is the better

3.jump serve-what college players do but its easier to dig a jumpserve than it is to dig an overhand serve

  2. the best serve is probally a jump topspin or a floater. a floater catches air pockets and makes the ball move in midair making it incredibly hard to pass and a topspin is just really hard to pass to see videos, go to youtube and type in volleyball ____ serve and somthing should show up

  3. youtube has some good vids.  Just replay them over and over and focus on the foot work and arm positions.

  4. I don't know of any videos you could see. You could try watching ESPN and watching volleyball and see how to serve? There are three different ways to serve the volleyball; underhand, overhand, and jump serving. Beginners normally start with underhand, which is when you hold the ball out in front of you, pull your arm back, wind up your arm behind you, and serve. An intermediate way of serving is overhand. That is when you toss the ball up in front of you and serving it as if it were a spike, except you don't spike the ball down. Jump serving is for the advanced volleyball player. You throw the ball in the air maybe 3 or 4 feet in front of you, run up to the ball, jump in the air, and serve like it was a spike. I'm sorry I'm so bad at explaining things, but I hope you get the drift. You could also try youtube and see if it has any volleyball videos! Hope I helped!
