Can someone simplify Air Frances baggage system.?

I'm flying air france from Heathrow(UK) to Paris CDG. My E-Ticket says baggage allowance 20kilos. What dose this mean and what's the charge if I go over. What dimensions does the bag have to be? Is that carry on or checking in to the luggage haul?

  1. it means that you are only aloud 20 kilos of baggage and if oyu go over it you  will have to probably pay around 100 pounds
